College graduate trained in graphic communications. Monitors production throughout the creative process and assists in the preparation of bids.

Production Manager
Has expertise in one or more areas of core competency. Formulates and presents appropriate technical solutions to the agency’s clients and prospects, negotiates with suppliers, and is responsible for record keeping and implementing company directives.

Production Director
With an extensive agency background, the Production Director serves as the final authority on technical matters, and is directly responsible for the management of multiple accounts.
 

• Sales Management & Creative

Junior Account Representative
Junior account representatives are responsible for developing and maintaining a portfolio of existing clients, plus recording and monitoring production records.

Account Manager
With proven expertise in DM, the account manager oversees and develops a portfolio of clients and prospects, is responsible for achieving business goals, and for the successful completion of orders to ensure client satisfaction.

Client Director
Senior sales manager with a successful track record in direct marketing. Responsible for achieving business objectives within the agency’s client portfolio. Actively participates in business development for the agency, prospects key accounts, and assumes full accountability for the successful completion of orders while also serving in an advisory role.

Agency Director
Holds an advanced degree and has proven success in the industry. The director occupies a vital role in all agency operations and management, including business development, staff building and training, and the overall performance of the agency as a profitable enterprise. The Agency Director participates in developing and implementing the Group’s strategy within the agency.
